A tough struggle

I've been trying to get people around here (A Jersey Shore town) informed and into action for about 6 months now. Very little has changed. It's a real struggle, man.

Sorry to hear about your frustrations..I hope some folks with some of the longer and/or more-estabilished outposts can share some ideas and suggestions with you. Anyone?
