Post Carbon Fellow Michael Bomford was interviewed on The Reality Report by host Jason Bradford on what he thought a modern, productive food system without fossil fuels might look like and how it might be achieved. Bomford, of Kentucky State University, also discussed his research on the energy and labor inputs of different farming methods and covered much of the information contained in the booklet “The Food and Farming Transition", which he co-authored with Richard Heinberg.
You can also follow Michael Bomford at his blog, where he updates his research results and comments on news and academic papers related to energy and the food system.
