Sustainable South Bronx founder Majora Carter and two business partners plan to open a startup incubator and tech education center in the gritty neighborhood where Carter grew up.
"Unless we work hard right now to ensure that people here are participants, the tech boom is going to bypass this neighborhood," she said. "We want to make the South Bronx a mecca for startup tech entrepreneurs."
