Martin J. Lawler, Board Secretary Martin J. Lawler is an immigration attorney listed in Best Lawyers of America. He is the author of four books and often lectures on immigration law topics. He authored two op-ed articles in the Wall Street Journal and appeared on NPR’s Science Friday in 2007.
