Shelby Tay, Relocalization Network Coordinator
| Shelby Tay, Relocalization Network Coordinator (based in Halifax, Nova Scotia) Shelby has been working with Post Carbon Institute since 2005 coordinating the Relocalization Network program. She holds an Honours BSc. in Environmental Sciences with a concentration in ecology from the University of British Columbia, where she led a seminar course on globalization and the environment. She has also participated on the organizing committees for Vancouver's 30 Days of Sustainability, A Loving Spoonful, Global Habitat Festival and the Climate Cafes Collective, and is always looking for exciting opportunities to explore in the community. Shelby enjoys taking photos, biking around the city and spending an afternoon with a book, and is hoping to complete a permaculture certificate in the near future. Contact Shelby |
