Dr. John MacDonald

Dr. MacDonald, a co-founder of MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates, served as President and CEO of MDA for 13 years, and as Chairman for 16 years. He has co-founded Day4 Energy Inc., a solar energy company, and is currently Chairman & CEO. Day4 Energy Inc. is dedicated to exploiting a new photovoltaic technology to make solar energy generation cost competitive with fossil fuel.
