Reduce Consumption : Produce Locally

Burlington ON showing EoS Jan 29th 2006

End of Suburbia has been in town for over a year, even council has seen it. This city has had a Sustainable Developement Advisory Committee made up of volunteers, for over 10 years. I think that's pretty progressive. But we still don't have mass awareness. The Canadian federal election has not even mentionned energy security as an issue. I hope the folks at Burl Bap are really serious about bringing this into the public discourse.
