Bush energy plan whacks conservation

Re-printed by EnergyBulletin, this article offers perspective on how cutting funding for energy efficiency programs certainly costs governments more money, and costs everyone in other ways. Conservation is an essential means of addressing our precarious energy, and related environmental, situation.
