The Pioneer Valley Post Carbon Council is dedicated to education about Peak Oil and its ramifications and the burgeoning Climate Crisis. We seek to network with other regional initiatives to strengthen the ability of our region to address these issues without reinventing the wheel. We look to find areas that are not receiving enough attention and develop relevant action programs as appropriate.
