Dave: Can we have drop down for countries if we use the location module so we have
normalization of country name?

country during registration?
e.g. http://eos.postcarbon.org/register (country field).
e.g. http://www.postcarbon.org/register (country field).

Dave: Yes, we need the drop down on the registration and the update profile
pages, but I think we should look into the location module as that has some
benefits that we will want to use as well.
