This group is here as an example only to demonstrate how a group looks and works. Feel free to join this group and post items to it to try things out.

A group coordinator can currently:
- change the name of the group
- change the 'tagline' of the group
- change the introductory text (this text here) on the grouphome page
- choose how members can join, one of: open to all; by approval; invitation only
- add pages, events and news
- remove members' blog entries and discussion entries from the group home page
- remove themselves as coordinator, choosing someone else instead
- email all users

All group members can:
- add blog entries which appear on the group home page
- add discussions (forum topics) which appear on the group home page
- invite friends by entering their email addresses
- upload files (e.g. pictures) with any entry (e.g. blog/event/news/discussion)

Future features will include
- ability to select a 'theme' to use to style the group (modify the look/colours/layout)
- pages subdivided into groups
- select an image to display on the group home page

Other feature suggestions will also be considered.
