The last resolution:
"WHEREAS, . . . every community needs to have a Post Carbon-like group with expertise, experience, tools, plans and working models for local food, money, energy, water, media, governance, ownership, and culture, and to network with other like-minded groups locally, regionally, and globally thereby creating a parallel public infrastructure that will provide the basis for transitioning from the petro-pollution economy into the Post Carbon World."

Please note - that to become an Outpost Manager, the Post Carbon Institute requires managers to agree with three core principles:

·    Belief in Relocalization
·    Commitment to promote local smaller energy sources vs big energy              - coal and nuclear
·    Dedication to pursing non-violent solutions

This is the Relocalization Manual we are using as a guide:

We will post the agenda for our next meeting on the forum discussion page each month.

Hope to see you at our next meeting.
A Laurin, Mgr.
