On the heels of an historic vote April 11 by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors acknowledging peak oil and the possible disruption it will create to our city and society, San Francisco Oil Awareness, an "outpost" of the Post Carbon Institute, announces an upcoming art show to be held at ArtSF in San Francisco on June 17, 2006: "(Is It) The End of the World As We Know It?" - Artists' Views on Peak Oil and Climate Change. Submissions are being accepted now.
