I think it's encouraging how Representative Roscoe Bartlett never quits trying to reach Congress and spread the word about Peak Oil. Basically, he and Julian Darley continue the fight to help our world wake up and prepare for an energy constrained future. Julian's speech at the Local Solutions to the Energy Dilemma in NYC on April 29th (http://www.globalpublicmedia.com/lectures/703) can be downloaded, coverted to a WAV file and burned to a CD. It allows us to hand his wonderful speech to others, so they can listen to him while they are driving to work. He certainly explains what Relocalization is better than I can.
