Clara Winter joined Post Carbon Institute in 2019 as the Marketing and Communications Assistant. She is responsible for drafting outgoing communications, maintaining web content, and supporting the Marketing & Communications Director.

Before joining PCI, Clara earned her BS in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she was a Health and Wellness Outreach Peer for the University Counseling Center as well as a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department. The summer before her senior year, Clara lived in Dublin, Ireland, working as a Conservation Education and Research Intern for an environmental nonprofit. She spent three months travelling around the country teaching kids about Ireland’s marine life and facilitating community-based conservation initiatives.
