Clara Winter joined Post Carbon Institute in 2019 as the Marketing and Communications Assistant. She is responsible for drafting outgoing communications, maintaining web content, managing social media, and supporting the Marketing & Communications Director.

Before joining PCI, Clara earned her BS in Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she was a Health and Wellness Education Coordinator for the University Counseling Center as well as a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department. The summer before her senior year, Clara lived in Dublin, Ireland, working as a Conservation and Research Educator for an environmental nonprofit. She spent three months traveling around the country teaching kids about Ireland’s marine life and facilitating community-based conservation initiatives.
