Post Carbon Senior Fellow Richard Heinberg will be a speaker at the ‘Bringing it All Together’ conference. The goal is to bring together discussion of all the various topics (infrastructure planning, land use planning, finance and law) relating to the development of fiscally-sustainable communities.
